Ferencz has been involved in many residential projects in Australia in over 25 years of practice. These range from large-scale low-cost housing units for the Sate Government of Victoria to exclusive single-family houses. In addition, he has produced many fine commercial and industrial projects. Ferencz works seamlessly through all the phases of an architectural project - from sketch designs to contract administration.
