21 The proposal is for a residential gated community comprising HIG, MIG & LIG housing with associated recreation & community facilities. The irregular site offers an opportunity for two intersecting axis resulting in the location of an oval that acts as an elbow for the avenues of housing. Landscaping is proposed along the road - sides and around Recreation areas to provide shading and soften the rural setting.

The existing lake should offer exclusive opportunity for recreation outside of the New residential community. The close proximity of the lake allows for its inclusion in the development which will make this a unique development.
