This landmark industrial estate project covers all aspects from master planning through to development control. the project is a 35 Ha industrial estate designed along the lines of the Californian models - and is located on the first "garden industrial" zoning in Melbourne.
Site planning involved the examination of the opportunities and constraints on the site, including the adjoining Moorabbin airport, a natural water course / drain, existing vegetation access and future road pattern, landscape potential and similar considerations.
Development planning which covered the creation of the estate master plan, which included planning for :

• Drainage
• Landscaping (including a permanent low flow drain to take over from the open drain, as well as and artificial lake)
• The staging and location of all services (under-ground)
• Road works
• Construction staging
